Which do you like best?

We’re now at the halfway point of this story. Crazy Cal Gets A Job looks like it’s going to be nearly as long as Charlie Croc was.  This site has run four comics so far. Two of them (Barn Owl and Snow Monkey Patrol) have been rather short and the other two have run much longer.

I’m beginning to think about the next story and wondering about it’s length. And I was wondering, what do you prefer?  Longer stories have more space to move around, explore, and develop characters. But Short stories give you a dose of fun without waiting half a year for the ending.

New Features!

I’ve added a few things to the Crazy Cal website in the last few days which I think you’ll like.

First off, check out the new navigation buttons! The buttons have been completely redesigned. There are even two new buttons: Story Start will take you to the first page of whatever story you’re reading. Next Story will let you easily cycle through stories, taking to the first page of each comic. There seems to be a slight bug in that one at the moment, but hopefully it’ll get worked out soon.

Second, there are now Avatars for everyone! No, this has nothing to do with the recent movie.  Avatars are those little face images that show up beside the comments. Now, if you comment on something, and you don’t already have an  avatar, this site will randomly choose one for you.  All the images are pulled from the comics on this site.  So you might become Charlie Croc, Will Whitefeather, a Snow Monkey, Crazy Cal, or dozens of other characters. So get commenting and see who you become!
